OUTSIDER (LYRICS) - Collaboration with Wesley C.

OUTSIDER (Lyric part 1)

In collaboration with, and dedicated to Space Cadet (Wesley C)

I heard internal tales,
how stories exist, untold;
how life not understood, unfolds,
how all seen evolves in lies.
    I know that soon, you'll
    probably disappear for a while,
so this is for your return.

How far do we entertain
how far, how out of place,
this simple fling: a kiss, goodbyes?
The arduous sea, skies, dunes, trees?
    I know that soon, they'll
    probably disappear for a while,
so this is for our return.

Feel the singing soprano
how frightful of all but despite:
how gracious,
how you smile deep and wise.
    I know that soon,
you'll probably disappear for a while,
so this is for your return.

This is for you, you will return, you will return
How do I know you will be here
How you elude but don’t evade?
For music's a song on paper
     You know that soon
Your mind will make you disappear
And this is for your return

In staccato precision
thoughts find their way outside
wildlings free unfettered
like you are, you will return
     I know you will return
When the time is there you will
So this is for your return

Water flows downstream
Fish find their way up
You follow either way
That's how you return
This is for you, you will return
Your own way, your own time
But you will, eventually you will.

    1. That's not so strange, in a way it is of course :) I dedicated it to him too.
