Double Shakespearean Sonnet

I watched the boat take off to distant shore
With you embarked and me to stay behind
No note from you to say goodbye, therefore
My heart now is so torn, my eyes so blind
For tears refuse to grant me time to see
The speed with which you sail away so fast
With every second more you steal from me
My life with you so dear I thought would last
Tentatively I step into the sea
The water cold and numbing, in my mind
My love is still as present as can be.
I blindly feel my way. If I could find....
I turn and walk, then run until I fall
No more, no love, no more, once and for all

The house is filled with memories and smiles
The photos with us both on every wall
My love, I see you walking down the aisle
In love, in life, we both were standing tall
I feel your kiss, your lips, you in my arms
Your hair so blond, still tickles, makes me sneeze
I revel in your giggles, feel so warm
Without your presence I feel like I freeze
I cannot say goodbye, cannot move on
When all I hear is your sweet laugh around
And all I see is fun and grin and smile
The tinkling of that all too precious sound
I want you back if you still want to be
The muse you were and always are to me
