To be one heart is better
When all you do is heal.
No room for distraction,
Let alone attraction.
No room to really feel.

Something inside so broken,
Journey to take alone.
Welcome are friends,
But nothing transcends,
This heart heavy as stone.

There was no choice, it happened,
You crumbled all defence.
Helped to share,
Are always there.
It suddenly makes sense.
