FEAR
Are you to tell me that I should fear?
That my frightening nightmares are all here
Because something is worth fear?
My fears are real, they frighten me
They send me away and render me
To a catatonic mess inside, I don’t see
The good in that, nor do I see night
After night after night of horrible fright
Without the slightest of helpful light
As worth it?
That my frightening nightmares are all here
Because something is worth fear?
My fears are real, they frighten me
They send me away and render me
To a catatonic mess inside, I don’t see
The good in that, nor do I see night
After night after night of horrible fright
Without the slightest of helpful light
As worth it?
What do I miss here, please tell?
These dreams are living a true hell
If anything positive in here, I yell
No I SCREAM. Give me your dreams
Send me those bells bursting at the seams
With positive colourful dreams
Make this shattered self whole
Connect me, take my fear and go
Leave me my dignity though
I am worth it.
