LITTLE ONE

LITTLE ONE

Come, take my hand, it is not far
I know, it is an unknown land
And we have no car, we hide
We walk, cannot risk a ride.
Don’t cry, you want to see
Your mum again, remember?

For that we have to be free,
And then be who we want to be.
You can be everything you are
See everyone you want to see
Your mum still wants you, she
Looked for you, believe me, far

And wide. We disappeared
But we’ll be back, okay?
There is a village here nearby
I checked it out, don’t cry?
You’ll find a house, you ring
A bell, they open and you ask

for help, food, decent clothing.
Go baby! I follow close behind
I smile at you, you’re doing fine!
I wave, wave back at me.
It will be long before we see
Each other again, you’re free!
