I Stay In Bed Today

I stay in bed, I did too much
The doctors say, they know best
Don't they?

How tired can one body be
One mind
How much can one person see?

I'll meditate, have music here
And The Tao, everything
to keep the fear at bay.

I'll read your poems, comment a bit
And in return wish me less pain?
One less demon to be slain?

I stay in bed today, I did too much
Those doctors say
What do they know, I live in my head,
A better place than in my bed.
