FRIENDSHIP

The sensitive bond
yet so strong:
Sometimes one person
comes along
That opens mutual loneliness
To find that gleam
That one pearl hidden away
Small sun beam
With much patience, warm
We polish
And this glow of friendship
We relish
This poem is short
But loving
You know I love you
By giving
A few lines, not much
But know please
Your friendship to me
Is a warm breeze.
